1. Purchase Safety & Authorized Transactions

  • We strongly advise all customers to make purchases only through authorized RBSeVA dealers or our official website www.rbseva.com.

  • Avoid any misleading offers or third-party agents promising unrealistic prices or free services.

  • All bookings require mandatory advance payment. This ensures your order is confirmed and protects you from unauthorized transactions.


2. After-Purchase Support & Dispatch Policy
  • Once your vehicle has been dispatched, no cancellations or alterations are permitted.

3. Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are NOT applicable once the vehicle is dispatched.

  • If a wrong model is delivered, you must report the issue immediately and return the vehicle in unused and original condition. Failure to do so may result in legal consequences.


4. Return Policy
  • Returns are accepted only in the case of:

    • Wrong vehicle/model delivered

    • Delivery of damaged vehicle (must be reported within 24 hours)

  • The returned vehicle must be:

    • In original condition

    • Unused, undamaged

    • With all tags, documents, and packaging

  • Returns must be initiated only via our official support channels.


5. Warranty & Technical Claims
  • All warranty claims (battery, motor, controller) are handled as per the warranty policy.

  • Customers must not use the vehicle after initiating a warranty claim.

  • Damage due to water, fire, or misuse voids the warranty.

  • Required documents for processing claims:

    • Invoice

    • Chassis number

    • Battery, motor, and controller serial numbers


6. Cashback & Discounts Policy
  • No instant cashback or promotional discounts are applied unless specifically mentioned on rbseva.com or communicated by an authorized RBSeVA representative.

  • Beware of fake discount promises from unauthorized sources.

  • Seasonal offers, if any, will be shared officially.


7. RTO & Insurance Policy
  • Customers are responsible for paying all RTO and insurance charges directly to the concerned dealer or authority.

  • RBSeVA does not offer free RTO registration or insurance.

  • If any dealer falsely commits otherwise, please report it to our support team immediately.
